At Next Level Training Center, we are committed to providing high-quality training, facility access, and services. Please review our refund policy carefully before purchasing.

Memberships

• All monthly memberships are non-refundable.

• Memberships may be canceled at any time, but cancellation must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.

• No refunds or credits will be issued for unused time, missed sessions, or early cancellation.

Training Sessions (Private, Small Group, & Group)

• All training sessions are non-refundable once purchased.

• Missed sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable.

• If a session is canceled by Next Level Training Center, the session will be rescheduled or credited.

Facility Rentals (Turf, Batting Cages, Weight Room, Team Rentals)

• All facility rentals are non-refundable.

• Rental cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a credit toward a future booking.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled rental will result in forfeiture of payment.

Packages & Team Training

• All packages and team training fees are non-refundable.

• Packages must be used within the designated time frame agreed upon at purchase.

• No refunds will be issued for unused sessions.

Exceptions

• Refunds or credits may be considered only at the discretion of Next Level Training Center in the event of:

  • Facility closure

  • Trainer unavailability

  • Emergency situations reviewed on a case-by-case basis

By purchasing a membership, training session, package, or rental, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
