By accessing or using Next Level Training Center, you agree to the following:

• All memberships, training sessions, packages, and facility rentals must be paid in advance and are non-refundable.

• Participation in training and facility use involves inherent risk. All participants assume full responsibility for injuries or damages.

• A signed waiver is required before participation. Parents or guardians must sign for minors.

• Members and guests must follow all gym rules and staff instructions. Unsafe or disrespectful behavior may result in removal without refund.

• Next Level Training Center is not responsible for lost or stolen personal property.

• Facility renters are responsible for any damage caused during their rental time.

• Photos or videos taken in the facility may be used for promotional purposes unless written notice is provided.

• Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the facility indicates acceptance of these terms.
